Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy is required.
Licensure in accordance with the Iowa Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy is required.
2+ years of experience in Physical Therapy is necessary, with a high degree of understanding and skill in one or more areas of assigned responsibility (for Senior role).
Entry level experience in Physical Therapy, with proven education in one or more areas of assigned responsibility (for Staff role).
Demonstrated skills in clinical education abilities (for Senior role).
Demonstrated leadership abilities (for Senior role).
Demonstrated experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist (for Senior role).
3+ years of experience in one or more areas of assigned responsibility (for Senior role).
Ability to practice in an autonomous manner (for Senior role).
