About The Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to help patients move better, recover safely, and improve their day-to-day function. The clinic works mostly with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, so your caseload may include injuries, post-surgical recovery, pain concerns, weakness, mobility issues, and movement limitations. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, update progress, and work with PTAs to keep care consistent. This is a practical, hands-on role for a PT who enjoys helping patients see steady improvement over time.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong patient communication and documentation skills
Ability to work well in a team-based clinic environment

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs
Create care plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
Provide therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Use exercise-based care, manual therapy, mobility work, strengthening, and functional training
Educate patients on home exercises and recovery expectations
Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
Document care accurately in WebPT
Communicate with PTAs and other team members to support patient progress
