Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities
- Treat a broad orthopedic caseload including non-surgical orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, spine and joint management, balance and functional mobility deficits, and active adults and recreational athletes.
- Provide quality patient care and appropriate caseload management.
- Pursue areas of professional interest and specialization.
- Foster collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
- Empower therapists to have a meaningful impact on their patients and community.
- Help establish strong clinical foundations.
- Achieve professional aspirations including clinical specialization, leadership, mentorship, or operational involvement.
