Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

  • Treat a broad orthopedic caseload including non-surgical orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, spine and joint management, balance and functional mobility deficits, and active adults and recreational athletes.
  • Provide quality patient care and appropriate caseload management.
  • Pursue areas of professional interest and specialization.
  • Foster collaboration, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
  • Empower therapists to have a meaningful impact on their patients and community.
  • Help establish strong clinical foundations.
  • Achieve professional aspirations including clinical specialization, leadership, mentorship, or operational involvement.
