About The Position
Symbria Rehab is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join their employee-owned team at Briarwood Outpatient in Worcester, MA. This part-time role focuses on helping patients recover, regain mobility, and improve physical function. New graduates are encouraged to apply as mentorship and training are provided. The position emphasizes making a real difference in people's lives and enhancing quality of life and health outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Holds a valid state license (or is in the process of obtaining one if you're a recent graduate).
- Passion for working with patients and making a meaningful impact in their recovery journey.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Developing personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
- Helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
- Setting goals, tracking progress, and maintaining productivity standards.
- Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and working closely with our interdisciplinary team.
