About The Position
A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Hallandale Beach, FL is looking for a Physical Therapist to treat patients in a professional, well-organized clinic setting. The role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and return to daily life with improved strength and function. This position offers flexibility, full benefits, and a patient schedule of 2 patients per hour.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License required
- DPT or MSPT Degree required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Orthopedic outpatient interest preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage patient evaluations, create treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and guide each patient through their recovery process.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Treat orthopedic injuries, surgical cases, pain conditions, and movement limitations.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehab.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed.
- Supervise PTA care when needed.
- Maintain timely documentation.
- Communicate with patients and care team members in a clear, professional manner.
