Physical Therapist (PT) PRN | Surprise Rehab
About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to care for a diverse patient population, with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient and patient management, and for the delivery, direction, and supervision of care in an age-appropriate manner. Care must be consistent with the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic is located, the professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. PAM Health provides specialty healthcare services through more than 80 locations, wound clinics, and outpatient physical therapy locations in 17 states. Requirements
- Physical Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
- Current BLS certification.

- One year of clinical experience is preferred.
