About The Position
Fresh Pond Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and driven Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
- Current or eligible for New York State Physical therapy licensure
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)
- Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in outpatient settings
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through observation and assessment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Deliver therapeutic interventions using physical and mechanical techniques as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
- Collaborate with a team of therapists to enhance patient outcomes, engagement, and retention
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart reviews
