About The Position
Healing Arts Center is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT or experienced PT) to join their team in Branson, Missouri. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a busy, boutique, patient-focused environment without the pressures of being an 'eval machine' or a 'corporate productivity hamster.' The clinic is a multi-specialty facility offering various wellness services, and the PT will work collaboratively with other disciplines. The position emphasizes one-on-one patient care, involvement beyond just evaluations, and a team approach to patient outcomes. The PT department is led by Dr. Brittany Wright, who aims to create a department where patients are treated with respect, therapists are encouraged to think deeply, and quality of care is paramount. This role is for someone who can evaluate, treat, lead, think, communicate, and help patients achieve meaningful recovery.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical skills
- Good judgment
- Ability to lead patient care well
- Ability to think, treat, communicate, and lead
- Not allergic to documentation
- Able to receive feedback
- Willingness to keep learning
- Professional adult who works hard, cares deeply, and gets the job done
- Comfortable working as part of a larger clinical team
Nice To Haves
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Experience in outpatient PT
- Experience in a multi-specialty clinic setting
- Interest in collaborating with chiropractic, acupuncture, medical services, hormone therapy, weight loss, IV therapy, and functional medicine
