About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is a growing practice looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their team. They are the pioneer of Geriatric House Calls™, providing physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities. The role focuses on driving rewarding patient outcomes, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions, and offering flexibility to create and control treatment schedules. It involves an interdisciplinary approach with a therapy team focused on functional outcomes. FOX Rehabilitation is a primarily clinician-operated, professional private practice of full-time physical, occupational, and speech therapists, built on the foundation of Geriatric House Calls™. Their one-on-one care fosters a rewarding environment, and therapists have the flexibility to shape their schedules for a successful work-life balance. FOX is a high-growth, entrepreneurial private practice of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and exercise physiologists. Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
