About The Position

Cascade Medical (CM), located in downtown Leavenworth, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, providing skilled physical therapy, and documenting all aspects of care in accordance with state laws, APTA guidelines, and CMS regulations. The work schedule is anticipated to be Wednesday-Saturday, 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with flexibility in start and end times, to be finalized with the director upon hire. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a pre-employment drug screen, including THC testing.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Washington State Physical Therapy license.
• Must comply with the Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Act and applicable laws.
• Must comply with the American Physical Therapy Association's latest version of the Guide to Physical Therapy.
• Must comply with all CMS regulations/requirements pertaining to physical therapy practice and billing.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients.
• Develop a treatment plan.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment.
• Document all pertinent aspects of care provided to patients/clients in compliance with the Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Act and applicable laws, the American Physical Therapy Association's latest version of the Guide to Physical Therapy and all CMS regulations/requirements pertaining to physical therapy practice and billing.
