About The Position
H2 Health is hiring licensed Physical Therapists for our outpatient clinics across the Jacksonville and Orange Park area. We have multiple convenient locations. This role offers clinical variety, schedule flexibility, and a supportive team environment. You'll treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports rehab conditions. We also support focus areas including orthopedics and post-op rehab, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehab, vestibular therapy, and concussion care.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a clinician-led environment
