About The Position
St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey, is a community-based tertiary medical center providing acute care and a broad range of services. The Physical Therapist I provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders. The role is performed in accordance with Physical Therapy and hospital policies and applicable state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, doctorate, or certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state Physical Therapy license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Responsibilities
- Provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy and hospital policies and applicable state and federal regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements.
