About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in partnership with Front Royal Family Practice in Front Royal, VA. The role focuses on providing a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment. This involves building strong relationships with physician partners to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and foster a positive healing atmosphere within a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Current or pending Virginia PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
- Coordinate care with physician partners.
- Build integral relationships with physician partners.
- Strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
