About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role involves treating a diverse patient population while maintaining high productivity and delivering quality care. Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
