Requirements
- Valid NYS licensure to practice Physical Therapy
- Degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE approved program, DPT preferred
- Prior experience in outpatient care setting preferred
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Team player and self-motivated
- Experience or interest in sports/orthopedic patients desired
Nice To Haves
- DPT preferred
- Prior experience in outpatient care setting preferred
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- OCS, SCS, CSCS certifications a plus
- Experience or interest in sports/orthopedic patients desired
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat individuals with sports and orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting.
- Document patient care in accordance with state, federal, JCAHO, and insurance guidelines.
- Provide skilled outpatient Physical Therapy for Sports and Orthopedic conditions, including evaluation, developing, and implementing treatment programs.
