About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Jacksonville is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation clinic. You'll work alongside experienced therapists treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and functional mobility conditions while receiving mentorship and opportunities for professional development. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach.
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services.
- Treat orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, home exercise programs, and wellness.
- Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
- Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain outstanding patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
