Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role provides exposure to a diverse caseload and services, including orthopedic care, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, educate patients, and manage documentation and workflow in the EMR. The position includes a six-week Vitals+ onboarding program, mentorship, residency-style specialty development programs, continuing education, access to research resources, and digital tools for supporting patients at home. The company describes clear pathways for professional growth and leadership. Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000–$105,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors, and monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds. A sign-on bonus is available in select locations.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload of 12 patients per day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide education tailored to individual patient needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Manage patient documentation and workflow efficiently within the EMR system.
