This is a part-time position with hours on Monday and Wednesday from 1pm to 7pm, and Friday from 1pm to 6pm. Requirements

A licensed Physical Therapist in IL, with a passion for orthopedic physical therapy in an outpatient setting.
Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
