About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. Located just off I-75 in Nokomis, our 42-bed inpatient rehab hospital offers a peaceful, patient-centered setting with tranquil outdoor spaces and easy access to the Gulf Coast lifestyle, from nearby beaches to year-round sunshine. This role is a great fit for therapists who are passionate about functional recovery, enjoy collaboration, and value seeing the full rehabilitation journey unfold. Requirements
- PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient/patient management, delivery, direction and supervision of care provided in an age- appropriate manner, consistent with the principles and practices of the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic resides, the professional code of ethics, and the policies, procedures and guidelines of PAM Health.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
