AVIR at La Grange, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy team. The role involves serving patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions as part of a high-energy interdisciplinary therapy team. The position offers opportunities to develop programs in balance, gait, mobility, and skilled maintenance, along with ongoing training and career development opportunities. Vital Therapy is a growing network of more than 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams. Requirements
- Must hold a license in the state of Texas.
