About The Position

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists, including new graduates, for their outpatient orthopedic clinic. The role focuses on providing patient care while advancing a career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, offering competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
