About The Position

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services by evaluating patients, establishing and implementing effective treatment plans with functional treatment goals, providing patient education and therapeutic intervention/activity programs and educating in use of assistive devices. Position is responsible for observing, evaluating and documenting the results of treatment interventions and modifying age-appropriate treatment plan accordingly. The primary setting for this position is the WakeMed North Hospital but may be required to cover other area of the WakeMed Rehab continuum as needed. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Required
• Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Required - Or Doctorate Physical Therapy Required

Nice To Haves

• 2 Years Clinical - Physical Therapy Preferred
