We are searching for a talented Physical Therapist to join our VNA Rehab team in Fairhaven, MA. This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling. Requirements
- A Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- Current License in Physical Therapy in both MA & RI is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is also required.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
- One (1) year of experience is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred MA and RI licensure that is reimbursed by employer for RI licensure.
Responsibilities
- Under general supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services and the Clinical Nurse Manager or designee, perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department.
- Provide Physical Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patient’s capabilities.
