Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California.

Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop physician-approved treatment plans tailored to each resident’s unique recovery journey.
- Provide expert supervision of PTAs in accordance with the California State Practice Act.
- Partner with medical and nursing staff to communicate goals, progress, and discharge strategies.
- Lead discharge planning and recommend DME to ensure a safe and successful transition home.
- Empower nursing staff, patients, and families with vital safety and maintenance education.
