About The Position

Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team. This role will provide evaluations and PTA supervision at facilities in the Scottsbluff, NE area, including Scottsbluff, Gering, Kimball, and Mitchell. Requirements

A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Nebraska
Strong communication skills
Strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
Collaborate with facility staff and inter-disciplinary team members to support overall patient care
Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
