The clinic serves patients with general orthopedic needs as well as complex and non-complex neurologic diagnoses, including amputee care. An on-site prosthetist partners closely with the therapy team, creating an excellent collaborative learning environment.

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Georgia
  • CPR and first aid certification required

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing patient medical histories and completing thorough evaluations.
  • Identifying patient needs by observing movement patterns, listening to concerns, and applying clinical judgment.
  • Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Using therapeutic exercise, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting plans of care as clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborating with occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, prosthetics, and other care partners to support patient outcomes.
  • Educating patients and family members throughout the recovery process.
