About The Position

The Opportunity A predictable Monday–Friday schedule is rare in outpatient orthopedics — this role has one. You'll treat orthopedic patients in a collaborative, patient-centered practice, working alongside a multidisciplinary team with the resources to support real clinical outcomes, not just visit quotas. Why You'll Love This Role Pay reflects experience, ranging from $81K to $126K annually, and you'll start with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Beyond salary, you get a $1,750 annual CME/CEU allowance to keep building your clinical skillset — a real investment in where you want to take your career. You'll also lead: supervising PTAs and aides while staying integrated into a team-based treatment model, so you're never managing a caseload in isolation. Benefits go well beyond the basics — health, dental, vision, life/AD&D, voluntary options, FSA/HSA, and Medicare D coverage — plus a 401(k) with employer match up to 4% of your salary, paid vacation, sick time, and 7 paid holidays.
