About The Position

Green Oaks Physical Therapy (GOPT) has been providing exceptional outpatient orthopedic care throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex for over 25 years. Founded by Physical Therapists in 2000, we have grown to 17 clinic locations while remaining therapist-owned and committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care to every patient. We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop as a clinician
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on excellent patient outcomes

• Competitive salary: $78,000–$95,000 , based on experience
