About The Position
At Proliance Surgeons, we are expanding our Issaquah PT team. This is a rare opportunity as our group has very low staff turnover. Our fun, fast-paced clinic puts patients and therapists first, offering 40-minute, one-on-one appointments in an 8,000 sq ft clinical space. We prioritize exceptional patient care and a culture that respects work-life balance, providing each therapist with 40 minutes of paid documentation time daily. We see a wide mix of patients, from post-op athletes to weekend warriors to total joints, and work closely with orthopedic surgeons to manage pre- and post-operative rehab needs. The close proximity and relationship with surgeons offer learning, team-building, and surgical observation opportunities. Our Issaquah clinic is located 15 miles east of Seattle, at the base of the Cascade Mountains, offering gorgeous views, easy access to I-90, and an award-winning school district. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; Master’s or Doctorate Degree preferred
- Active Washington state license in Physical Therapy
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 2 years’ experience is preferred but not required – our PTs love to mentor!
- Experience with post-operative PT preferred
Responsibilities
- Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician
- Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
- Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
- Ability to work in a fast paced outpatient orthopedic setting
- Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
- Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
- Any and all other duties as assigned
