About The Position

Integrated Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice built on the belief that physical therapists deserve the time, support, and autonomy to treat patients the right way. This is not a clinic focused on triple-booking and productivity pressure. We offer a patient-first model where quality care precedes productivity metrics, providing clinical autonomy and a work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. We treat a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic injuries, sports and performance rehab, pre- and post-operative care, chronic pain and movement restoration, and injury prevention and return-to-activity care. Therapists will have the time to think, progress patients correctly, and finish notes without rushing. The company was founded in 2004 and has grown to three locations, with a unique evaluation and treatment process developed over 25+ years of clinical experience and mentorship. We ensure every therapist implements this philosophy for a personalized, non-cookie-cutter patient experience, focusing on the root cause of pain and biomechanical analysis.

Requirements

  • DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited program
  • Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
  • Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Treat a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic injuries, sports & performance rehab, pre- and post-operative care, chronic pain & movement restoration, and injury prevention and return-to-activity care.
  • Progress patients correctly and complete notes without rushing.
  • Implement the unique evaluation and treatment philosophy of Integrated Physical Therapy.
  • Provide a personalized approach to treatment and care, getting to the cause of the patient's pain.
  • Consider biomechanical ways of looking at the body in patient treatment.
