About The Position
This role is for a Physical Therapist in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL. The clinic maintains a patient volume of 2 patients per hour, allowing therapists to dedicate sufficient time to patient evaluation, focused treatment, and progress monitoring. This position is ideal for a PT who prefers an outpatient orthopedic setting without the pressure of high patient volume.
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and sports-related needs
- Build personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional limitations
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and mobility work
- Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as patients progress
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and movement strategies
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress updates, and discharges
- Work with PTAs and clinic staff to keep care consistent and organized
