Requirements

Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License (Required)
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
Comfortable working independently

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality outpatient therapy in home and community settings
Create positive, engaging experiences that empower clients to achieve their goals
Ensure compliance with documentation and care standards
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Educate clients and caregivers on safety, exercise programs, and wellness strategies
