About The Position
Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso, a continuing care retirement community in Oro Valley, AZ. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a people-first, therapist-led environment specializing in geriatric care facilities. Outpatient treatments are one-on-one with 45-minute appointments. Independence Rehab is therapist-owned and operated, emphasizing clinical excellence, compassionate care, and ethical practice.
Requirements
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Arizona
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
- Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
