About The Position

Arise CareStaff is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to work for a healthcare facility in Ukiah, CA. This is a travel assignment with a duration of 13 weeks. The shift is Day (5x8 hours) from 08:00 to 16:30. The role involves computer charting using Epic.

Requirements

• Doctorate or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care and outpatient settings preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
