About The Position

LTC Therapy is actively recruiting a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, customized rehab services. This role involves assessing residents thoroughly and crafting personalized treatment plans focused on pain relief, functional gains, and greater independence. The Physical Therapist will lead engaging therapy sessions that build strength, improve balance and coordination, boost flexibility, and inspire healthier daily habits. Collaboration with facility staff, families, and the therapy team is key to driving meaningful progress and positive outcomes.
