About The Position

This role is for a Physical Therapist (PT) within an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, distinct from contract therapy companies. The focus is on delivering meaningful, patient-centered care. The therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, prioritizing patient needs over a contract company's bottom line. Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current PT license or license-eligible
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
• Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
• Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
• Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
• Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
