About The Position

This is a Physical Therapist position in Buckeye, AZ. The role requires the candidate to complete documentation directly with ATI before being cleared to start their assignment. For SC submissions, a PERM license is mandatory, and compact licenses are not accepted. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous ATI travelers or perm/PRN staff more than a year prior to submission require eligibility confirmation. A $2,500 completion bonus is available for starts through October 15th, provided the start date is not delayed due to credentialing or licensing. Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Start dates must align with license status at submission, and license status should be included in the submission.

Requirements

• Must have PERM license for SC submissions.
• Experience in setting.
• Active license.
• Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
• Previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time or perm/PRN more than a year previous to the date of submission requires eligibility confirmation.

• Compact license (for non-SC submissions, but PERM must be obtained right away).
