About The Position

This is a Physical Therapist position located in Fairbanks, AK. The role requires the candidate to complete specific documentation with ATI before being cleared to start their assignment. For ATI, a compact license is acceptable initially, but a permanent license must be obtained immediately. For SC, a permanent license is mandatory, and a compact license is not accepted. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year prior to submission requires verification of rehire eligibility with Katrina. The position starts on 10/12 and has a bill rate of $90. The modality is Physical Therapy. General certifications such as ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, and rehabilitation certifications like ASHA, CHT, and ACP Training are relevant. The equipment will be provided. Requirements
