About The Position

Fitness Physio is seeking Physical Therapists to join our PT division within Genesis Health Clubs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art environment alongside Personal Trainers, Yoga Instructors, and Nutrition professionals, focusing on treating the whole person. We are committed to providing TRUE 1-on-1 patient care, utilizing a modern, movement-based approach centered on Function, Wellness & Prevention. The position includes a full suite of recovery tools and a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. This role offers the potential to earn up to $120,000/year, with additional monthly/quarterly bonuses and profit sharing, providing the upside of clinic ownership without the financial risk.

Requirements

Physical Therapist
Ability to provide 1-on-1 patient care.
Proficiency in a movement-based approach focused on Function, Wellness & Prevention.
Experience with recovery tools such as Dry Needling, Cupping, Infrared Light Therapy, IASTM, Percussion Therapy, and Iontophoresis.
Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a traditional PT clinic model and understanding its limitations.
Desire to build and grow a practice.
Interest in profit sharing and clinic success.

Responsibilities
