Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
- Comfort working independently in the home setting

Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork.
- Provide thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads.
- Limit drive time between visits as much as possible.
- Provide clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day-to-day challenges.
- Offer individualized support for your interests and professional growth.
- Collaborate with Pruitt Home Healthcare colleagues for a comprehensive, team-based approach to care.
