Provide high-quality care as you communicate with physicians, referring providers, multidisciplinary staff, and administrative personnel. This is a per diem Monday through Friday (day/evening flex) position at NYP Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, Westchester County, NY.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
- Current NYS PT licensure
Responsibilities
- Restore and maximize patient mobility using advanced technology and best-practice techniques.
- Provide one-on-one therapies tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assist patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning.
- Communicate with physicians, referring providers, multidisciplinary staff, and administrative personnel to provide high-quality care.
