Seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) in Falmouth, ME. This position is in a Memory Care Facility setting and offers great pay, full benefits, and a supportive team. New graduates are welcome. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current ME License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
