About The Position

PeteDME is building a nationwide network of home-based therapists who want to provide more comprehensive care for patients with back, knee, and other musculoskeletal conditions—all while creating additional income from the patients they already treat. This opportunity is designed for therapists currently practicing in Home Health, Mobile Outpatient, or another in-home clinical setting. Integrated MSK Care is a clinical model that combines Expert Physical Therapy, Custom-Fit Orthopedic Bracing, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). Together, these services help improve patient engagement, support recovery, and allow therapists to deliver a more complete musculoskeletal care experience—all within their existing workflow. This role offers the chance to increase income, expand clinical skills with specialized training and certification, work smarter with AI-powered documentation, and improve patient care through a more comprehensive treatment approach.

Requirements

Current Physical Therapist license
Currently employed in Home Health or another in-home patient care setting
Actively treating patients in their homes
Reliable transportation
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
State-specific PT or PTA license
Reliable, personal transportation

Responsibilities

Provide expert physical therapy to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Integrate orthopedic bracing into existing patient caseloads.
Utilize Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) for patient support and recovery.
Enhance existing care with a more complete musculoskeletal care experience.
Complete specialized orthopedic bracing training and certification.
Utilize AI-powered documentation for SOAP notes and clinical workflow simplification.
