About The Position
Provide physical therapy home visits in Maricopa County, Arizona. Caseloads are available in ZIP codes 85303, 85035, 85031, and 85323. The schedule and hours are flexible based on the clinician’s needs, with the number of patients seen each week determined by the clinician. This PRN position is available now. The ideal candidate has some prior outpatient experience.
Requirements
- Eligible for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- At least 1 year of experience.
