About The Position

All Care Therapies provides speech, occupational, and physical therapy—virtually and in person. With clinics in California, Texas, and Nevada, they support clients of all ages and backgrounds. Their team is made up of passionate clinicians who value flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful care. All Care Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist to join their growing Outpatient team. This role involves caring for an engaging mix of patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with talented multi-disciplinary clinicians in an environment designed to support you as a professional and a human being. The company is offering up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and positive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and review medical records to understand their condition, needs, and goals
• Diagnose movement dysfunction through listening, observation, and physical assessment
• Build individualized treatment plans tailored to meaningful patient outcomes
• Deliver effective therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, functional activities, neuromuscular re-education, and ADL/return-to-life training
• Educate patients and families on home exercise plans and expectations for recovery
• Track progress, update goals, and adapt plans of care based on clinical response
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and our in-house therapy team to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation for every patient encounter
