About The Position

At Big Stone Therapies, you are part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Tyler, MN. This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. This position will treat patients in a variety of settings including home health, outpatient, SNF/LTC, and hospital inpatient. Caseload could be adjusted to suite your treating preferences. Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
Must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
