About The Position

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
