Requirements

• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid Nevada driver’s license
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Improve patient mobility, safety, and functional independence
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete accurate documentation using AI-assisted tools
