About The Position
Pediatric Partners is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in St. Cloud. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you! As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and physical challenges — helping them improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall independence. The role involves a split location between an ABA Center and an Outpatient Clinic, with approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic and 50% in-house services within 1-2 partnered ABA centers. Travel within the city to ABA centers is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota PT license (or eligible by start date)
- A true passion for working with children and families

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans to restore physical function, relieve pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric patients
- Write and maintain skilled documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, and discharge summaries
- Educate and support parents/caregivers in daily care and long-term strategies
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on the child's progress and goals
- Assess natural environments (e.g., home, daycare) and recommend adjustments to support function and independence
- Recommend and provide instruction on specialized equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Manage a pediatric caseload and maintain open, consistent communication with families
- Accurately complete billing and documentation for services rendered
