About The Position

Atlas Rehab & Wellness is growing and seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient clinic team. They are a patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The team takes pride in helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for outpatient care and patient outcomes

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy services
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
